Then along the way, we as we grow in our career, suddenly we are thrown into a leadership role — something that many lawyers struggle with because there is a lack of foundational training and development throughout most of our legal careers. We are experts in the law but are often underprepared for the role of managing people.

Mindy Gulati is an attorney and a strategic advisor to law firms and companies around the country assisting them in creating more effective leaderships teams and organizational cultures. In this CLE, she will build your toolkit for effective leadership at all stages of your career.
