TCWLA is accepting nominations in the categories listed below to honor local female attorneys who have significantly contributed to the legal profession. The winners will be honored at our annual Grants & Awards Luncheon, which will be held at the Fairmont on April 26, 2024. The nominees need not be TCWLA members in order to win, but they must be licensed attorneys. A person may be nominated for more than one category. The categories are:
- Public Interest
- Contribution to Minority Community
- Advancement of Women’s Interests
- Government Service
- Pro Bono
- Litigation/Appellate
- Corporate/Transactional
- Criminal Justice
- Firm/Organization/Government Entity*
- Outstanding Achievement
* This category recognizes an organization that hires and retains significant numbers of women and/or adheres to progressive workplace policies, such as innovative job sharing, day care, flex and part-time programs, and alternative partnership tracks.
