DESCRIPTION:Please join TCWLA on Wednesday\, March 20 from 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. for a combined membership CLE with the Mentoring Program\, “Handling Your First Residential Construction Case.”  The presentation will be made by Rekha Roarty and Nicholl Wade\, partners are Roarty Law Firm\, PLLC\, and will be a primer on Chapter 27 of the Texas Property Code\, also known as Residential Construction Liability Act (“RCLA”).
