DESCRIPTION:Please join TCWLA on Thursday\, October 20\, from 11:45 am – 1 pm for our Membership CLE on The Current State of Abortion Laws in Texas and How You Can Support Texans\, presented by Blake Rocap\, Legal Director at Jane’s Due Process. The membership meeting will be hybrid\, with both an in-person and remote attendee option\, at McGinnis Lochridge (1111 West Sixth Street\, 4th floor) and remote via Zoom. \nJane’s Due Process is a Texas based nonprofit that focuses on helping young people in Texas navigate parental consent laws and confidentially access abortion and birth control by providing free legal support\, case management\, and stigma-free information on sexual and reproductive health. \nBlake Rocap\, Legal Director at Jane’s Due Process\, will present a CLE outlining what you should know about the current state of abortion access in Texas.
